This is were it all began… Our original Red Maple BBQ sauce has been a friends and family favourite for many years, in fact it became so popular that we decided to share it with the world.  For those of you who like to use a smoker to get that smoky flavour just right or for some who find the smoky aspect of commercial BBQ sauces unappealing, this sauce is for you! Sweet and tangy with a hint of tangerine zest our Red Maple Tangerine BBQ sauce adds a little zing to the BBQ experience.  This sauce is excellent on chicken, roasted whole, butterflied or in pieces.  Citrus likes fish and fish likes citrus, brush some it seafood prior to cooking, especially white fleshed fish such as halibut or red snapper.
